It involved two complimentary passes to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum opening in NYC on Nov. 24th. I waited on the phone for close to half an hour but was pleasantly "rewarded" in that I was told that I would be receiving 2 passes. I think they said that the passes would be Federal Expressed. As of this writing, I have not received the passes in the mail and was wondering when (or if) I would be receiving them. Thank you.
